Equity actors for roles in THE GROVE.

Toyoima Ufot: 20 to 23 years old. Black woman. Of Nigerian descent yet utterly American. Funny, practical and bold. A stealth caretaker. An escape artist. She has a complicated relationship with her older sister Adiaha; she has a genuine love for her but often feels abandoned by her.

Ekong Ufot: 16 years old. Black man/boy. Of Nigerian descent yet utterly American. Funny, practical and seething. He is growning into his defiance despite a fear of his father. Behind his youth and love for video games, he holds a wealth of intelligence and blossoming confidence. HE IS TALL.

Cosmo Akpan: 60 to 65 years old. African Man from Nigeria. Fiery, witty and verbose. Embraces being the eldest in the room. Ibibio accent.

Udom Udoh: 45 to 50 years old. African man from NIgeria. Gregarious and charming. Wholly non-religious and unapologetically so. Ibibio accent.
